Our client is a fast-growing, consumer-focused wellness brand experiencing strong digital expansion, particularly across performance marketing and social commerce channels. With a loyal customer base and science-led approach, the business is investing heavily in affiliate partnerships and TikTok Shop to accelerate new customer acquisition. This is a high-visibility role within a collaborative team where your ideas will directly influence growth.
The Affiliate Executive will manage and scale affiliate partnerships while driving performance across emerging channels, including TikTok Shop, ensuring consistent revenue growth and partner engagement.
Role Highlights – core tasks & impact
– Manage affiliate programmes daily, including partner onboarding and optimisation
– Build relationships with creators, publishers and specialist partners
– Support and grow TikTok Shop activity to increase revenue streams
– Analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable weekly insights
– Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to drive acquisition
You Will Need – key skills/experience
– 1–2 years’ experience in affiliate or digital performance marketing
– Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel for reporting
– Experience with affiliate platforms such as Awin, Impact or similar
– Commercial awareness with a proactive, results-driven mindset
– Excellent communication skills across creators and stakeholders
