Account Manager - Amazon Advertising Agency

We’re working with a high-growth digital agency that’s leading the charge in Amazon Advertising. With specialist teams across Leeds, Manchester and London, they partner with D2C brands to maximise their presence and performance on the world’s biggest retail platform. As client demand continues to rise, they’re now hiring an Account Manager with a firm grip on Amazon strategy and a natural flair for relationship management.
The Account Manager will take the lead across a portfolio of Amazon-focused clients, managing campaigns, coordinating internal delivery, and spotting growth opportunities at every turn.
Role Highlights
– Own and grow relationships with Amazon Ads clients
– Collaborate with specialists to deliver Sponsored Ads, DSP and brand strategies
– Ensure KPIs, budgets and timelines are met or exceeded
– Translate performance into clear, client-facing reporting and recommendations
– Support upselling, cross-selling and strategic growth planning
You will need
– Strong background in account management within digital or Amazon advertising
– Understanding of Amazon Ads platforms and metrics (e.g. ACOS, TACOS, ROAS)
– Confident working with performance data and presenting insights
– Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and priorities
– Commercially savvy with a proactive, client-first approach
