An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketplace Specialist to join a growing e-commerce function within an international consumer products business. This role will focus on driving marketplace performance across Amazon UK and Europe while supporting the expansion of TikTok Shop operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in optimising listings, improving conversion performance, managing marketplace operations, and supporting promotional campaigns during peak trading periods. This is a commercially focused role requiring strong analytical capability, marketplace expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role will focus on driving marketplace performance across Amazon UK and Europe while supporting the expansion of TikTok Shop operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in optimising listings, improving conversion performance, managing marketplace operations, and supporting promotional campaigns during peak trading periods. This is a commercially focused role requiring strong analytical capability, marketplace expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management
- Manage and maintain Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts across the UK and EU marketplaces
- Create, optimise, and update product listings including titles, bullet points, keywords, A+ Content, and Brand Store content
- Support the launch and ongoing growth of TikTok Shop activity
- Conduct A/B testing on product content and imagery to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
- Monitor competitor activity, keyword trends, and marketplace performance metrics
- Monitor account health metrics and resolve listing or policy issues
- Manage stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and Buy Box performance
- Ensure marketplace data and integrations are maintained accurately through Linnworks
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure product compliance information is correctly displayed
- Support customer issue resolution where required
- Execute promotional campaigns across key trading periods, including Prime Day, Black Friday, and Q4 peak
- Analyse marketplace sales and performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Provide marketplace demand insights to support inventory planning and forecasting
- Use AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and content creation workflows
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing Amazon marketplaces
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
- Experience with Linnworks or similar marketplace integration systems preferred
- Familiarity with Helium 10 or equivalent marketplace analytics tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Experience working with e-commerce, supply chain, or digital marketing teams
