The App Marketing Manager will lead the full user lifecycle strategy for an innovative connected sports app, driving conversion, retention, engagement, and subscription growth. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to shape user journeys, optimise onboarding, and create data-driven lifecycle campaigns that improve long-term customer value.
Role Highlights
– Own the full app conversion funnel from onboarding through to paid subscription
– Build and optimise lifecycle campaigns across push, email, and in-app messaging
– Develop loyalty and retention initiatives that increase engagement and reduce churn
– Run A/B and multivariate testing across messaging, incentives, and user journeys
– Use analytics and cohort data to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
You Will Need
– 5+ years’ experience in app marketing, CRM, or growth-focused mobile roles
– Strong knowledge of subscription models, conversion optimisation, and retention strategy
– Experience using app analytics, segmentation tools, and experimentation frameworks
– Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
– Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting insights to senior stakeholders
