Assistant Brand Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing healthcare organisation that is investing heavily in its Healthcare Professional (HCP) programme. Our client is committed to building evidence-led, ethical and engaging HCP marketing that genuinely supports better outcomes. You’ll be joining a collaborative commercial environment where marketing, medical and customer teams work closely together, giving you real exposure to strategic thinking as well as hands-on delivery. The Assistant Brand Manager will support the execution of a multi-channel HCP strategy across brand, advocacy and performance, working closely with a Senior Brand Manager to deliver campaigns that engage healthcare professionals and drive measurable impact.
  
Role Highlights
  • Execute HCP campaigns across digital, CRM, events and conferences
  • Support KOL engagement and scientific communications aligned to clinical data
  • Develop compliant, on-brand HCP materials from brief to delivery
  • Engage directly with HCPs through meetings, presentations and congress activity
  • Track performance metrics and report against campaign KPIs
  
You Will Need
  • At least 2 years’ experience marketing to healthcare professionals
  • Background in consumer health, pharma or life sciences marketing
  • Confidence communicating directly with HCPs and KOLs
  • Experience working within cross-functional commercial teams
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
