Role Highlights
- Drive marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR and events to promote a major city-centre development
- Develop new sub-brands across retail, residential and office phases, from naming to visual identity
- Build strong relationships with local organisations, stakeholders and tenants to foster community engagement
- Manage content across social channels, apps and websites to keep audiences informed and inspired
- Plan and deliver activations, launches and seasonal events that boost visibility and footfall
You Will Need
- At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications or events management
- Proven success creating multi-channel campaigns and managing social media platforms
- Excellent communication, copywriting and organisational skills
- Confidence in stakeholder engagement and partnership building
- A genuine passion for placemaking, property and community development
