What they need
- Someone equally comfortable ideating big campaign ideas as they are crafting final assets - the ultimate "player/coach" who can lead from the front
 - A designer with proven B2C or agency-side experience, confident balancing multiple projects at pace on a global stage
 - A hands-on creative who knows how to inspire & mentor their team, setting the creative bar high
 - Someone fluent in digital and social, with experience delivering paid ad campaigns and integrated brand work
 - A confident communicator who can sell ideas, manage stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams

- Bringing designs and artistic vision to life - from initial concept through to delivery and iterating on these visuals to deliver the best and most cohesive brand experience
 - You know Figma inside out, and can lead by example with for your ambitious team beneath you
 - Turning insight into standout creative ideas that work across all channels: digital, social, OOH, print and motion
 - Leading and motivating teams, giving constructive feedback, and nurturing creative growth
 - Managing multiple briefs, prioritising effectively, and delivering beautiful work at pace
 - Balancing concept and craft - ensuring everything is on-brand, strategically sound and visually exceptional
