Due to continued expansion across private markets, our client is investing heavily in its commercial leadership capability and is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director – Business Development to help accelerate growth across the Luxembourg and wider European market. The Associate Director – Business Development will play a key role in driving new revenue opportunities across private equity, private debt, real assets and alternative investments while building long-term relationships with senior industry stakeholders.
Role Highlights
– Generate and convert new business opportunities across European private markets
– Build strategic relationships with fund managers, promoters and intermediaries
– Lead client meetings, presentations and proposal development activities
– Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to support revenue growth targets
– Collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing and wider commercial teams
You Will Need
– Minimum 8 years’ experience within private capital or alternative investments
– Strong network across private equity, real assets or private debt markets
– Proven track record in business development, relationship management or sales
– Excellent communication and proposal-writing capabilities
– Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high activity levels
