This is an opportunity for a creative Bid Coordinator with a genuine passion for architecture to join an established bids team.
Working closely with partners and the wider work winning team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing bids from start to finish, producing high-quality submissions and supporting longer-term strategic ambitions and positioning within the industry.
This is a fast-paced role which will suit someone who is organised, creative and comfortable working to tight deadlines. You will be responsible for managing multiple bids at different stages, working with a range of stakeholders and supporting the wider bids, business development and marketing teams.

You will be responsible for managing multiple bids at different stages, working with a range of stakeholders and supporting the wider bids, business development and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to produce proposals and presentation materials.
- Oversee the end-to-end bid process, ensuring bid procedures are followed correctly.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, to produce high-quality bid submissions.
- Review information provided for bids to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Proofread bid content to a high standard.
- Design layouts for bids and tenders, collating relevant images and graphics for submissions.
- Assist with the bid library, including filing and maintaining staff CVs, project case studies and photographs.
- Support bid reporting and analysis, including reviewing both wins and losses.
- Develop and implement lessons learnt to improve future submissions.
- Take ownership and initiative to implement improvements and efficiencies across the bid process.
- Collaborate with business development and marketing teams on wider projects.
Essential
- Excellent InDesign skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working with people at all levels of seniority and the ability to adapt your communication style to different stakeholders.
- Previous experience in bid coordination or bid management.
- Graphic design skills.
- Experience using procurement portals.
- Experience working within the architectural or construction industry.
- A genuine interest in architecture, heritage and the built environment.
- Agile, flexible and hybrid working, with a minimum of 3 days in the office and up to 2 days working from home.
