The RFP Content Manager will take ownership of a global SharePoint-based content and knowledge ecosystem that underpins proposal excellence and business growth. This role is critical in maintaining a best-in-class repository of RFP materials while ensuring accuracy, consistency and accessibility. You will directly support bid teams across regions, enabling timely, compliant and competitive responses that reflect the organisation’s analytical depth and client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Content Hub Ownership
- Lead the development and maintenance of a central SharePoint content library, housing validated proposal assets (boilerplates, FAQs, slides, compliance text, etc.).
- Establish and enforce content taxonomy, governance standards, permission sets and scalable models suitable for global use.
- Champion the adoption of modern tools, including AI-enabled search and authoring solutions, to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Implement robust approval workflows, version controls and structured review cycles to ensure content is current and relevant.
- Monitor content KPIs (usage, accuracy, impact on win rates) and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with RFP managers and subject matter experts to craft persuasive responses and answer company-specific questions.
- Compile and refine PowerPoint decks that adhere to brand standards and deliver clear commercial narratives.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Governance teams to ensure content integrity and compliance.
- Build strong working relationships with global leadership, broking, analytics, marketing and specialist teams.
- Deliver enablement sessions, maintain playbooks and promote best practices in content usage.
- Balance contributor timelines and expectations across multiple stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, AI developments and content-management innovations.
- Drive feedback loops and lessons-learned processes to refine templates and workflows over time.
- 5+ years’ experience in content management, knowledge base administration, or RFP/proposal roles; global/multi-regional exposure preferred.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills; design capability is advantageous.
- Strong SharePoint administration experience and familiarity with CMS and AI-assisted content tools.
- Solid understanding of the (re)insurance industry or related professional services context.
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work within corporate brand and governance frameworks.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
