Bid Coordinator
Location: London (once a month)
Package: £45,000 Base salary
Reporting to: Senior Bids / Proposals Team
About the Company
This is a leading provider of technical, energy, and facilities services across the UK — working with clients in critical infrastructure, healthcare, data centres, defence, manufacturing, education, and commercial environments.
The organisation delivers engineering, energy optimisation, built-environment solutions, and asset maintenance, helping major public and private-sector customers improve performance, reduce carbon, and operate more efficiently.
Financially stable, innovation-focused, and part of a wider international group, the company is continuing to expand its UK footprint — which means increased demand for a high-performing bids function.
The Role
We’re looking for a Bid Coordinator who thrives on organisation, clarity, and helping teams win work.
This is a remote-first role, ideal for someone who’s confident managing multiple deadlines, engaging with subject-matter experts, and shaping proposals that are clear, accurate, and compelling.
You’ll support end-to-end bid activity — from managing the bid library, coordinating inputs, and formatting documents, to supporting drafting, version control, and compliance checks. You’ll become the glue that keeps the bid process on track.
It’s a great step for someone wanting to grow into a Bid Manager role within a large, established, engineering-led organisation.
