As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Bid Manager to help us shape, lead and deliver winning submissions across a range of national frameworks, tenders, and strategic opportunities.
The opportunity
This is a pivotal role within a dynamic, high-performing team that sits at the heart of our growth strategy. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of complex, multi-stakeholder bids – from initial qualification through to submission and debrief – working closely with Partners, Business Development Managers and subject-matter experts. You’ll bring rigour, creativity and a consultative approach to every proposal.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead the end-to-end management of bids for public sector clients, including frameworks, tenders and panel appointments.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape win strategies and compelling value propositions.
- Coordinate input from technical and legal teams, ensuring submissions meet both compliance and quality standards.
- Manage timelines, governance and review processes with calm precision.
- Analyse feedback and continuously refine our approach to public-sector procurement.
- Mentor and support junior team members as the function continues to grow.
- Experienced in bid management within professional services, consulting, or public-sector supply.
- A confident project manager who thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong writer and storyteller – able to translate complex material into clear, persuasive narratives.
- Familiar with UK public-sector procurement frameworks (local and central gov).
- Collaborative, commercially astute and committed to maintaining high standards under pressure.
