Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire bid process, from qualification to submission.
- Develop winning bid strategies and compelling responses for UK government and public sector opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and produce high-quality submissions.
- Implement structure, processes, and best practices for the bid function.
- Monitor tender portals and identify new opportunities aligned with company growth.
- Continuously improve bid content, ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance.
About You
- Proven experience managing bids within the UK public sector and government landscape.
- Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, tendering processes, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
- Ambitious and growth-minded, with a desire to establish yourself in a scaling business.
- Comfortable being the first bid hire and building processes from the ground up.
