The Role
In this key position, you will:
Lead the end-to-end bid process for major opportunities across multiple service lines
- Manage timelines, content development, and stakeholder communication to ensure compelling proposal submissions
- Facilitate pursuit planning, win-theme development, and value-focused messaging
- Coordinate with Partners, Subject Matter Experts, and Business Development teams
- Maintain bid quality standards, compliance, and brand consistency
- Support the continuous improvement of bid tools, templates, and best practices
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Proven experience managing bids within a professional services environment (audit/advisory experience advantageous)
- Strong project management and communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, prioritisation, and deadline management
- The ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Familiarity with bid platforms, proposal tools, and CRM systems
