The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Line Management: Manage and support a team of bid writers, creating a collaborative and accountable culture.
- Coaching & Development: Mentor and coach team members to enhance writing quality, confidence, and professional growth.
- Operational Efficiency: Review, refine, and embed best-practice bid processes and tools to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of persuasive, high-quality proposals that reflect our strengths and meet client needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business to coordinate contributions and drive winning strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, monitor performance metrics, and embed improvements in ways of working.
About You
