Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and write persuasive bid content for tenders, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights.
- Ensure all submissions are compliant with client requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain and update a library of standard responses and templates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the bid process.
- Proven experience in bid writing, preferably within the property maintenance or construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with bid management tools.
