Our client is a well-established consumer products organisation shaping some of the most recognisable toy, hobby and collectible ranges in the UK market. With sustained growth across key franchises and an expanding product pipeline, this Brand Manager role has been created to strengthen strategic planning, sharpen market execution and accelerate brand performance. You’ll join a team that blends commercial rigour with creative thinking, working closely with international colleagues to bring exciting products to life for passionate fans. The Brand Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of entertainment-driven brands, steering strategy, commercial performance and product lifecycle management.
  
Role Highlights
– Lead brand financial planning, setting annual and multi-year targets and tracking performance
– Shape UK product and range strategies using global assets and data-driven insights
– Coordinate with sales teams on channel plans, retail toolkits and presentation material
– Act as central contact for brand-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication
– Support IP alignment, activation activity and event participation in the UK and abroad
  
You Will Need
– Proven experience managing brands or products within toys, hobby or collectibles
– Strong commercial judgement with confidence navigating financials, pricing and KPIs
– Ability to present persuasively to internal teams and retail partners
– Skilled collaborator comfortable working with international stakeholders
– High level of organisation, creativity and accuracy across multiple projects
