Brand Manager (6-month FTC)
• £45,000–£55,000 pro rata + benefits
• 4 day working week (compressed hours) also an option

Our client is a well-established, insight-driven consumer business with ambitious growth plans and a strong focus on building brands for the long term. You’ll join a collaborative, performance-led marketing function where ideas are backed by data, creativity is encouraged, and decisions genuinely shape category direction. This is an opportunity to step into a visible Brand Manager role, influence strategy, and deliver meaningful commercial impact across well-known brands during a pivotal period.
  
The Brand Manager will play a key role in shaping strategic brand plans, translating consumer insight into action, and delivering communications and innovation that drive both short-term performance and long-term brand equity.
  
Role Highlights
– Shape insight-led brand strategies aligned to multi-year growth plans
– Deliver annual brand plans with agencies and cross-functional partners
– Track brand performance across sales, market share and profitability
– Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
– Champion collaboration across marketing, sales, finance and R&D
  
You Will Need
– Around 4+ years’ brand marketing experience within FMCG or consumer goods
– Strong understanding of ATL, BTL and digital activation programmes
– Commercial acumen with confidence interpreting financial and market data
– Excellent stakeholder management and agency-briefing skills
– Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and data-led storytelling
