As part of this momentum, a Brand Manager is required to step into a high-impact maternity cover role, ensuring continuity across major campaigns and strategic planning cycles through 2026 and beyond.

Working within a collaborative team of specialists, you’ll play a central role in delivering standout brand activity while balancing established and high-growth product lines.
The Brand Manager will lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across key brands, ensuring consistent delivery of impactful campaigns and commercial growth.
 
Role Highlights –
– Own and deliver 360° marketing campaigns across two high-growth brands
– Lead major campaign launches, including a global partnership activation
– Shape 2026–2027 brand plans aligned to commercial objectives
– Coordinate cross-functional teams across digital, social and retail
– Grow community and ambassador programmes across the UK
 
You Will Need –
– 3–5 years’ experience in brand or marketing roles
– Background in consumer-led environments
– Strong commercial awareness with budget ownership experience
– Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and fast-moving projects
– Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
