We are working with a high-growth FMCG business looking to appoint a commercially focused Brand Manager to help drive the next phase of expansion across a diverse consumer portfolio. This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving organisation where insight, creativity, and commercial thinking sit at the heart of decision-making. You’ll play a key role in shaping brand direction, influencing category performance, and delivering campaigns that create measurable impact across retail, digital, and direct-to-consumer channels.
The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of insight-driven brand plans that support both immediate commercial growth and long-term brand equity.
Role Highlights
– Develop annual brand strategies aligned with revenue and market share targets
– Drive pricing, promotional, and range optimisation across retail and D2C channels
– Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, and in-store activation
– Analyse consumer trends, competitor activity, and performance data to uncover growth opportunities
– Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to improve forecasting and in-market execution
You Will Need
– Proven experience within brand management or FMCG marketing environments
– Strong analytical capability with experience using market insight platforms and campaign reporting tools
– Knowledge of pricing strategy, promotional planning, and category performance optimisation
– Experience managing agencies, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional stakeholders
– Advanced Microsoft Office and digital marketing platform skills, including CRM and analytics
