Role Highlights
- Own and execute broker marketing activity from day one, delivering campaigns end-to-end
- Spend the first 6–12 months focused on hands-on execution while shaping future team structure
- Define a long-term broker marketing strategy aligned to commercial growth targets
- Build and scale a high-performing team as the function grows
- Introduce new channels, formats, and a test-and-learn approach to drive performance
- Strong marketing communications experience in broker insurance (essential)
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution
- Experience leading or mentoring others, with the capability to build a team over time
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing senior leaders
- Data-driven mindset, using insight to optimise performance and inform decisions
