Business Development Executive (Hybrid) Full-Time | Hybrid Working (Manchester office)

We are partnered with an ambitious, fast-growing marketing organisation, who seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to help drive continued expansion and support an exciting growth journey. The team works with a diverse portfolio of global brands and is scaling rapidly across international markets.

Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Proactively self-source new business opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with business values and long-term partnership goals.
  • Manage and maintain a structured, organised sales pipeline.
  • Follow up on both self-generated leads and company-provided prospects.
Sales Excellence
  • Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Build rapport with a wide range of personalities across various industries.
  • Navigate complex sales conversations and effectively close deals.
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a business development or sales-focused role (experience in lead generation or within a digital agency is advantageous).
  • Confidence in presenting to stakeholders both virtually and face to face.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong time-management skills and a desire to optimise processes for efficiency.
  • A collaborative, team-focused attitude (bonus points if you’re competitive enough for team darts nights).
