The Business Development Manager will take charge of identifying and converting new client opportunities – focusing entirely on untapped prospects to support the agency’s next phase of growth.
Role Highlights The Business Development Manager will:
– Lead outbound activity across phone, email, LinkedIn, and events
– Own the end-to-end pitch and sales process from initial contact to signed contract
– Arrange and attend client meetings, including trade shows and industry events
– Keep the CRM updated with all activity and prospect intelligence
– Maintain client satisfaction and brand reputation throughout the journey
You Will Need – Strong track record in outbound sales, ideally within creative or
B2B service sectors
– Excellent communication skills with confidence in cold outreach
– High activity levels and strong self-discipline
– Passion for building relationships and growing long-term partnerships
– CRM proficiency and a knack for keeping things organised
