Business Development Manager
• £40,000 base + 7% commission of all new business
• London | Hybrid (3 days office-based)

Working with a diverse portfolio of brands, they focus on building meaningful communities and turning smart strategy into work people actually care about. With growth firmly on the agenda, they are now investing in a senior new-business hire who can help shape the next chapter of the agency’s commercial success while working closely with leadership and delivery teams.
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving agency growth by owning new business activity end to end. This is a hands-on, target-driven role where you will turn conversations into long-term partnerships and build a healthy, repeatable pipeline of opportunities.
Role Highlights – Proactively generate new business through structured outbound outreach
– Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
– Build and manage pipelines across phone, email and LinkedIn activity
– Identify and bid for the right opportunities via relevant project boards
– Attend bi-weekly client meetings to review performance and KPIs
You Will Need – Proven experience in business development, partnerships or agency sales
– Confidence with cold outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
– Experience using CRM and outreach tools such as Smartlead or ClickUp
– Strong commercial awareness with negotiation and closing ability
– A self-motivated approach and comfort working to clear targets
