The Category Manager for E-commerce will drive growth across Pure Play and Omni-Channel retailers, combining data insights, shopper behaviour, and digital shelf excellence to maximise category performance.

Role Highlights
  • Lead E-commerce category development strategy for UK & Ireland
  • Analyse category performance, shopper behaviour, and market trends
  • Shape assortment and placement recommendations for Pure Play & Omni-Channel
  • Optimise the digital shelf to boost visibility, conversion, and sales
  • Build strong partnerships with retailers and internal stakeholders
You Will Need
  • Minimum 3 years’ FMCG category management experience (ideally E-commerce)
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with multiple data sources
  • Knowledge of Pure Play and Omni-Channel retail models
  • Proven ability to translate insights into growth strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
