The Change Communications Lead will manage the development and delivery of strategic AI communications programmes that engage employees, support business transformation, and strengthen external market positioning.
  
Role Highlights
– Develop and execute a global AI communications strategy supporting business transformation
– Create compelling narratives that build confidence, trust, and engagement around AI adoption
– Partner with senior leaders to develop messaging, content, and advocacy programmes
– Drive thought leadership and external positioning in collaboration with communications teams
– Lead communications around major AI milestones, initiatives, and business developments
  
You Will Need
– Significant experience leading communications programmes within complex global organisations
– Strong background supporting technology, digital, transformation, or change initiatives
– Exceptional writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management capabilities
– Experience advising senior executives and translating complex topics into accessible content
– Commercial awareness combined with sound judgement and a collaborative approach
