The Channel Sales Manager - Partnerships will own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, driving ARR through enablement, joint planning, and sales execution.
Role Highlights
The Channel Sales Manager - Partnerships will:
- Manage 10-15 revenue driving partners, acting as their business owner and growth driver
- Develop joint go-to-market plans to boost pipeline and sales activity across deal sizes (from $2K SMB to $2.5M+ enterprise)
- Lead deal registration, partner enablement, and forecasting across a dual-quota model
- Navigate complex, multi-product solutions into software, product, and PMO leadership
- Collaborate with internal sales, customer success, and GTM leaders to avoid channel conflict
You Will Need
- 5 - 10+ years in enterprise SaaS, including direct experience driving channel revenue
- Track record in managing strategic SI partners, VARs, or regional players
- Strong commercial acumen and comfort with joint business planning and accountability
- Familiarity with Atlassian or adjacent ecosystems (AWS, ServiceNow, Azure etc.)
- Skilled in solution selling to Director/VP personas within tech organizations
