Client Development Executive — Sales Team | Hybrid | London
  
Are you a confident, motivated self-starter with a passion for building relationships and spotting commercial opportunities?
  
We’re looking for a Client Development Executive to join a fast-growing consultancy that blends strategic thinking with deep research, bold creativity, and real-world impact.
  
The Role
As part of the Sales & Growth team, you'll:
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape our new business strategy
  • Drive new business efforts with targeted outreach, strategic research, and insight-led campaigns
  • Spot trends, identify opportunities, and get ahead of the curve
  • Run smart outreach campaigns and build a pipeline of future clients
  • Own and nurture high-quality leads from first contact through to contract
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and marketing to shape pitches, campaigns, and events
  • Manage CRM (Salesforce), track performance metrics, and support tender/procurement efforts
  
About You
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, and the drive to do more
  • Passionate about building relationships and providing exceptional client experiences
  • Natural relationship builder: persuasive, resilient, and collaborative
  • Strong communicator (written + verbal) and hyper-organised
  • Comfortable working toward targets with autonomy and purpose
