Commercial Partnerships Lead | B2B SaaS | Remote (UK) | £40,000–£45,000

We're recruiting on behalf of a genuinely exciting, mission-driven SaaS business — one of those rare roles where the commercial opportunity is real and the work actually matters.

The business connects corporate organisations with charities and volunteering opportunities through a fast-growing B2B platform. Think ESG, CSR, and HR departments as your buyers — already counting household-name enterprise clients on their roster, with serious momentum behind them.

The Role

This is a Commercial Partnerships Lead position — a new business-focused, hunter-style role where you'll own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting and stakeholder engagement right through to commercial negotiation and contract close.

You'll be working closely with a Partnerships Director in a lean, high-trust team. Leads are starting to come in, ICPs are mapped, the tools are in place (ZoomInfo, HubSpot) — you just need to execute.

What you'll be doing:
  • Identifying and progressing new corporate opportunities across HR, CSR and ESG functions
  • Engaging senior stakeholders across enterprise organisations (1,000+ employees)
  • Leading commercial conversations, proposals, and procurement processes
  • Closing contracts and handing over smoothly to Customer Success
  • Contributing market insight to shape the commercial strategy
What they're looking for:
  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience
  • Comfortable at senior/C-suite level and used to consultative, relationship-led selling
  • Someone who can do outbound, but knows how to have a proper discovery conversation — not just a dialler
  • CRM-savvy (HubSpot a bonus)
  • Sector background is flexible — employee benefits, SaaS, HR tech, recruitment, EdTech, or similar all translate well
  • Remote-first mentality and self-motivated
What's on offer:
  • £40,000–£45,000 base salary
  • Fully remote (UK-based)
  • A genuine opportunity to be part of building something from the ground up
