The Community & Events Manager will build and nurture a thriving community across digital platforms and live experiences, ensuring meaningful interactions between the brand, customers, and partners.
– Lead online and offline community initiatives that grow loyalty and brand awareness
– Plan and deliver engaging events, from wellness pop-ups to influencer gatherings
– Represent the brand at live events, building strong client and partner relationships
– Manage collaborations with influencers and like-minded brands to expand reach
– Work with marketing and creative teams to align social storytelling with community activities
You Will Need
– 3–5 years’ experience in community, social, or event management within lifestyle, wellness, or D2C sectors
– Proven track record of planning and executing events end-to-end
– Strong social media knowledge and ability to drive engagement strategies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable in client-facing situations
– Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and collaborations simultaneously
