Role Highlights
- Be the friendly, proactive voice across social channels and online groups, responding quickly and authentically.
- Moderate and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere within key Facebook and community spaces.
- Handle customer queries efficiently, resolving issues and escalating trends to the wider team.
- Identify conversations, insights, and opportunities that feed into marketing campaigns and content plans.
- Support the brand’s tone of voice and ensure every response feels genuine, helpful, and on-brand.
You Will Need
- Experience in community management or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced digital setting.
- Excellent written communication — warm, human, and confident in multitasking across platforms.
- A natural rapport-builder who thrives on helping others and keeping online spaces vibrant.
- Calmness under pressure with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- A personal interest in health, wellbeing, and improving how people feel every day.
