What they need –
- Someone who can take marketing briefs and translate them into bold, brand-elevating creative concepts, presenting multiple directions and owning the journey from idea through to execution
- A digital-first creative with strong experience across video, motion, and static design, comfortable delivering high volumes of content across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Someone confident working closely with senior stakeholders to evolve and refine brand identity, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining consistency and commercial impact
- A designer who thrives in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with marketing, brand teams, and external partners to bring campaigns to life at pace
- Someone curious and proactive about emerging technologies, particularly AI-powered creative tools, and excited to champion new ways of working to improve efficiency and output
What you’re great at –
- Creating integrated campaigns across social, digital, print, and physical environments, with a strong understanding of multi-channel design (mobile-first in particular)
- Video editing, motion design, and content production, with hands-on expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma
- Developing and maintaining brand systems, including guidelines, templates, and scalable frameworks that ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Storytelling through design, combining strong visual craft with commercially driven thinking to create engaging, high-performing creative
- Working at pace, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and high production standards (including print-ready artwork)
