CREATIVE OPERATIONS / DESIGN PRODUCTION LEAD – HIGH-GROWTH CONSUMER BRAND

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling international consumer business at a major point of transformation and growth. This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of creative operations, studio management, production, workflow optimisation and cross-functional delivery, helping shape how a growing in-house creative function operates as the business scales globally.

Working closely with senior creative leadership, you’ll help drive the flow of work across digital, ecommerce, social, packaging, events and campaign delivery, while implementing smarter systems, improving processes, and helping teams navigate change in a fast-moving environment. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure, and wants to make a meaningful impact inside a business investing heavily in growth, technology and creative innovation.

What they need
  • Someone with strong creative operations, studio management or traffic management experience within a fast-paced creative environment
  • Someone confident owning the end-to-end flow of briefs, prioritisation, resourcing, approvals and delivery across multiple stakeholders and channels
  • A creative operations professional who enjoys improving systems, shaping process and bringing structure to evolving teams and workflows
  • Someone commercially minded who understands how creative work gets delivered across digital, ecommerce, social, motion and packaging outputs
  • Someone positive, proactive and resilient who can help teams navigate growth, change and evolving ways of working

What you’re great at
  • Managing creative workflows across design, content, production and marketing teams
  • Resource planning, traffic management, stakeholder communication and interrogating briefs to ensure clarity and quality of output
  • Delivering integrated creative projects as well as rolling out or improving workflow systems
  • Understanding creative QA across both digital and print-based outputs, ideally including packaging and product-related assets
  • Using AI tools and emerging creative technologies to improve efficiency, workflows and content creation processes
  • Driving continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset

What you’ll get
  • Hybrid working with 3 days per week in their South Wales HQ - travel/accommodation expenses for those not living locally
  • Business performance-related bonus structure
  • 25 days holiday
  • The chance to make a massive impact at a moment of transformation - think "start up" mentality with the infrastructure and footprint of a heritage brand
