- Someone with experience in performance creative, with a track record of delivering creative strategy for paid ads in another fast-paced, consumer-focused environment
- Someone who can turn insights into compelling ideas, crafting messaging and concepts that cut through the noise and deliver results
- A creative thinker who thrives on experimentation, comfortable testing, learning, and iterating fast to uncover what works
- Someone confident leading creative production, from scripting to briefing editors and creators to delivering high-quality assets
- A commercial mind with a creative edge, understanding how great creative impacts key metrics like CAC, ROAS, and conversions
What you’re great at-
- Developing value-led messaging and concepts that resonate deeply with audiences (in this instance a variety of demographics/customers)
- Leading structured creative testing programmes to identify and scale high-performing ideas across multiple channels
- Creating scripts, visual direction, and campaign concepts for video, static, UGC, and more
- Turning data into creative direction, translating insights into sharper ideas and better results
- Building and managing a creative playbook that captures learnings, streamlines testing, and pushes boundaries
