Our client is a rapidly growing technology business with an established consumer audience and an ambitious creative function. As the organisation continues to scale, its in-house studio needs someone who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to a busy flow of creative work. You’ll sit at the heart of the operation, coordinating designers, copywriters, video creatives and external freelancers while making sure projects, resources and production schedules stay on track. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced creative operations professional who enjoys turning complex workloads into clear plans and making sure great creative gets delivered without unnecessary friction.

The Creative Studio Manager will take ownership of the studio’s day-to-day operations, from briefing and resource planning through to delivery, while managing photo and video production from initial planning through to wrap.

– Own the studio workflow, keeping briefs, projects, resources and deadlines clearly organised
– Build and maintain a reliable creative pipeline, identifying clashes and delivery risks early
– Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots, including talent, suppliers, locations and logistics

– A practical, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to challenge unrealistic deadlines when required

Why You’ll Love It
– £275–£330 per day, outside IR35
– Choice of freelance engagement or potential temp-to-perm route
– Hybrid working within a collaborative creative environment
– Genuine ownership of studio processes, workflow and production delivery
– Opportunity to establish systems and ways of working that support a growing creative function
