The CRM & Marketing Automation Manager will lead the design and execution of automated marketing programmes, driving lead generation, conversion, and client loyalty through Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and integrated digital channels.
Role Highlights
- Plan, deliver, and optimise email and nurture programmes that strengthen acquisition and retention
- Manage and refine Salesforce Account Engagement workflows and lead-scoring models
- Partner with internal stakeholders to shape targeting, segmentation, and creative strategy
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into continual improvement
- Support some areas in wider digital initiatives spanning web, social, and analytics
You Will Need
- Proven success in CRM and marketing-automation management, ideally using Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot (open to HubSpot, Marketo, etc)
- Strong experience in lead-nurture strategy, email marketing, and campaign analytics
- Excellent stakeholder and agency-management skills with high attention to detail
- Strong Project Management skills
- Knowledge of marketing governance and compliance within regulated sectors
