We are working with a leading global brand that connects millions of customers with the services they love. With rapid growth and a focus on excellence, they are searching for a talented Senior CRM Executive to support their UK marketing team. This is an exciting 4-month contract role where you’ll make a measurable impact on customer engagement, campaign optimisation, and retention strategy, while developing your skills in one of the world’s most data-driven environments.
  
The CRM Specialist will deliver and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns, working across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze. You’ll play a vital role in testing, analysing, and refining activity, while supporting strategic projects that shape customer retention and loyalty.
  
Role Highlights
– Build and deploy sophisticated CRM campaigns across SFMC and Braze
– Manage campaign reporting, spotting trends and providing optimisation insights
– Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align CRM with business priorities
– Contribute to customer retention and voucher marketing strategies
– Support test-and-learn projects to enhance campaign performance
  
You Will Need
– 3–4 years’ experience in a CRM-focused role
– Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze
– Proven ability to segment and build advanced customer audiences
– Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
– Confidence managing stakeholders and juggling multiple priorities
