Due to continued expansion across London and newly acquired regional markets, our client is investing further in its Mareting function function. This CRM Executive role has been created to strengthen lead nurturing, improve segmentation, and enhance CRM capability as the business scales.
We are working with the market-leading real estate brand in London, operating in a highly competitive environment and connecting sellers, landlords, and buyers every day. With over 60 branches and significant regional growth underway, this is an exciting time to join the business. The CRM Executive will focus on converting valuation and portal leads into revenue through intelligent lifecycle campaigns and data-led segmentation using Braze. You will support the customer journey from first enquiry through to re-engagement, ensuring every communication drives measurable impact.
  
The Customer Marketing Executive will:
  • Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Braze
  • Create audience segments aligned to customer journeys
  • Write compelling, conversion-focused campaign copy
  • Collaborate with IT to understand CRM data flows
  • Run A/B testing to optimise targeting and performance
  
The role requires:
  • 1+ year experience in CRM or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle journeys
  • Hands-on exposure to a marketing automation platform
  • Interest in learning Liquid and deeper segmentation skills
  • A proactive, commercially minded, and technically curious approach
