We are working with a global professional services firm experiencing continued international growth, creating an opportunity for a CRM Executive (Global) to join its Business Development, Marketing Technology & Data function. This is not a replacement hire - it’s a newly created position driven by expansion and system investment. You’ll join a collaborative global CRM team spanning the UK, US, and APAC, supporting a major InterAction upgrade and helping to elevate data quality across the business.
As CRM Executive (Global), you’ll sit within a specialist CRM Systems & Data team responsible for maintaining and enhancing InterAction, the firm’s global CRM platform. The CRM Executive (Global) will play a pivotal role in system optimisation, data enrichment, and supporting colleagues to use CRM tools effectively. This is a highly data-focused position - ideal for someone analytical, detail-driven, and keen to grow within marketing technology in a legal or professional services environment.
The CRM Executive will support the global InterAction upgrade while ensuring CRM data remains accurate, compliant, and commercially valuable to Business Development teams.
  
Role Highlights:
  • Support the global InterAction upgrade, including data preparation and testing
  • Assist with CRM integrations, enhancements, and system improvements
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and rollout activities
  • Lead data cleansing, de-duplication and enrichment initiatives
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues alongside IT and external suppliers
  
Essential Skills:
  • Experience with InterAction, or alternative CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Exposure to legal or professional services environments (or transferable experience)
  • Strong data management and analytical capability
  • Confidence supporting system users and documenting processes
  • A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset with attention to detail
