We are working with a highly respected media business behind two recognised national publishing brands, known for quality journalism, loyal audiences, and continued digital growth. Due to ongoing investment in customer engagement and subscription performance, they are now hiring a CRM Executive to help shape the next phase of retention, acquisition, and lifecycle marketing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a data-led organisation where your ideas will be valued and your campaigns will reach large, engaged audiences.
  
The CRM Executive will play a key role in delivering personalised, high-performing customer communications across the full subscriber journey, from onboarding through to renewal and win-back activity.
  
Role Highlights
– Build and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns across email and lifecycle journeys
– Support automated programmes including welcome flows, renewals, and re-engagement campaigns
– Create audience segments using behavioural and customer data
– Manage campaign production from briefing through to launch and optimisation
– Run A/B tests to improve conversions, retention, and engagement
  
You Will Need
– 1–2 years’ experience in a CRM Executive or email marketing role
– Experience with Sailthru, Braze, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
– Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics and Excel
– Confident copywriting skills with an eye for engaging customer messaging
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
