German-Speaking CRM Executive
£38,000–£45,000
UK-based | Hybrid – 3 days per month in the London office

Are you an experienced CRM professional who speaks fluent German and enjoys building engaging campaigns across multiple brands? This is an opportunity to join a growing in-house marketing function supporting an extensive portfolio of live entertainment brands and festivals across multiple markets. As the team expands, you'll help shape how CRM is delivered across a diverse range of events, audiences and campaigns, including German-speaking markets. You'll have the freedom to work independently, contribute ideas and make a tangible impact, while collaborating with stakeholders across different countries in an environment where initiative, adaptability and creative problem-solving are genuinely valued.

Role Overview The German-Speaking CRM Executive will plan, build and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns across a varied portfolio of festivals and live entertainment brands, with a particular focus on German-speaking audiences and markets. Combining hands-on campaign execution with strategic input, you'll help onboard brands onto a centralised CRM platform, develop effective audience communications and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

Role Highlights
  • Build, launch and optimise email and SMS campaigns, templates, audience segments and automated customer journeys using Braze.
  • Coordinate CRM platform migrations for festivals and brands, supporting campaign builds, data imports and troubleshooting activities.
  • Work with German-speaking stakeholders to plan campaigns, agree timelines and coordinate marketing activity around upcoming events.
  • Create and adapt CRM communications for German-speaking audiences, ensuring messaging is relevant and appropriate for each market.
  • Contribute to CRM strategy, identifying opportunities to improve audience engagement and strengthen campaign performance.
You Will Need
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders.
  • Hands-on Braze experience, ideally including email builds, campaign templates, Canvas journeys and audience segmentation.
  • A broad understanding of CRM strategy, campaign execution and multi-channel marketing, alongside practical technical skills.
  • The confidence to work autonomously, solve problems independently and take initiative without relying on constant direction.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage several campaigns and stakeholders against tight deadlines.
  • Experience in live entertainment, events or an agency environment would also be advantageous, particularly where you've supported multiple brands or markets simultaneously.
Why You'll Love It
  • Meaningful ownership: Take responsibility for campaigns and influence how CRM operates across multiple brands.
  • International exposure: Use your German language skills while supporting campaigns and audiences across different markets.
  • Variety: Work across different festivals, audiences and brands rather than being restricted to a single business.
  • Room to develop: Build on your CRM expertise while broadening your strategic and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hybrid flexibility: Work remotely for most of the month, with just three days in the London office to connect and collaborate with colleagues.
