Moorgate, London | Hybrid (4 days office)

Our client is investing heavily in its consumer growth team after a recent transition, creating a rare opportunity to build CRM from the ground up. This is not a maintenance role - it’s a chance to redefine how CRM contributes to revenue, with clear backing to significantly scale its impact.
Working with a fast-growing digital marketplace, you’ll join a product-led environment where experimentation, ownership, and pace are valued. As Consumer CRM Manager, you’ll take CRM beyond campaigns - embedding it into the customer journey, influencing behaviour, and driving measurable growth across the funnel.
The Consumer CRM Manager will own and scale CRM as a high-impact growth channel, driving performance from early engagement through to repeat usage.

Role Highlights
  • Build and optimise lifecycle journeys across email, push, and in-app
  • Increase CRM contribution to bookings from ~2% to 10–20%
  • Lead A/B testing programmes to refine messaging and timing
  • Partner with Product and Brand to embed CRM into new features
  • Establish robust QA, processes, and operational best practices

You Will Need
  • Hands-on CRM experience within consumer, marketplace, or scale-up environments
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Braze (or similar platforms)
  • Data-led mindset, linking CRM activity to revenue and retention
  • Proven ability to work in ambiguity and move quickly
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach with a bias for action

Why You’ll Love It
  • £75k–£85k base salary with 15% bonus potential
  • Real ownership to build CRM as a growth engine
  • Direct impact on customer experience and commercial outcomes
  • Hybrid working in a central London office
  • Share schemes, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits
  • Clear opportunity to shape strategy and influence senior stakeholders
