The CRM Lead will take ownership of customer retention, lifecycle marketing and loyalty strategy, transforming CRM into a high-performing commercial growth channel. Role Highlights
  • Own the end-to-end CRM and customer retention strategy.
  • Develop customer lifecycle, segmentation and automation programmes.

  • Partner with marketing, ecommerce and content teams to maximise customer lifetime value.
You Will Need
  • 6+ years' experience within CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing.
  • Proven success delivering measurable revenue and retention growth.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms, ideally Klaviyo.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate insight into action.
  • Confidence operating autonomously within a fast-moving commercial environment.
