Role Highlights
- Own the end-to-end CRM and customer retention strategy.
- Develop customer lifecycle, segmentation and automation programmes.
- Lead CRM performance reporting with strategic recommendations.
- Drive continual optimisation through structured testing and analysis.
- Partner with marketing, ecommerce and content teams to maximise customer lifetime value.
- 6+ years' experience within CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing.
- Proven success delivering measurable revenue and retention growth.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms, ideally Klaviyo.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate insight into action.
- Confidence operating autonomously within a fast-moving commercial environment.
- £65,000 - £75,000 salary.
