We're working with an ambitious international organisation that is transforming the way it engages with customers by bringing its CRM capability into a centralised digital marketing hub. This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of a significant transformation, helping shape how CRM is delivered across multiple European markets. If you enjoy building processes, influencing strategy and making a measurable commercial impact, this role offers the chance to create something from the ground up while working with modern marketing technology and a collaborative international team.

The CRM Lead will play a key role in establishing a brand-new regional CRM function, leading campaign delivery, creating best practice and helping build a scalable service that supports multiple international markets.

Role Highlights
  • Lead CRM campaign planning, execution and optimisation for your assigned region
  • Build CRM journeys, templates and processes from the ground up using Braze or a similar platform
  • Work closely with regional stakeholders to deliver commercially focused campaigns
  • Make informed decisions using available customer data while remaining pragmatic where data is incomplete
  • Support the development of a centralised CRM function ahead of a major organisational transformation
You Will Need
  • Strong hands-on CRM experience at Lead, Manager or Senior CRM level
  • Experience using Braze is highly desirable; Adobe Campaign or HubSpot experience will also be considered
  • Commercial mindset with the confidence to work in evolving data environments
  • Experience delivering CRM campaigns across multiple customer journeys
  • Native language skills for your market (permanent roles) or relevant regional campaign experience for interim opportunities
Why You'll Love It
  • Opportunity to shape a CRM function from its very beginning
  • Largely remote working with flexibility and occasional European travel
  • Modern marketing technology with technical implementation handled by a dedicated specialist team
  • Fast-moving project with genuine opportunity for contract extension or permanent employment
  • Join an international business investing heavily in digital transformation and customer engagement
The recruitment process is designed to move quickly, with an initial interview with the Operations team followed by a final meeting with the hiring manager. September start dates are the target, although earlier availability will also be considered.
