The CRM Manager will take ownership of the customer lifecycle, shaping personalised journeys that increase engagement, retention, and revenue. This role is data-driven, creative, and highly visible across the organisation, with the freedom to introduce new strategies and leave your mark.
  
  
Role Highlights
  • Develop and deliver CRM campaigns that boost engagement and conversions

  • Partner with content, digital media, and events teams to ensure consistency

You Will Need
  • Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or digital marketing
  • Strong skills in segmentation, campaign analysis, and journey mapping
  • Hands-on experience with Active Campaign (HubSpot a bonus)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and own projects from day one
  • A proactive, consultative approach with excellent communication skills
