The CRM Manager will play a key role in shaping customer engagement across every touchpoint, leading the customer communication strategy from acquisition through to retention and advocacy. You’ll join a high-performing digital team that values creativity, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
  
Role Highlights
– Lead the development and delivery of an effective CRM and audience strategy across multiple channels
– Manage the full customer lifecycle, from welcome journeys to retention campaigns and re-engagement activity
– Translate data insights into meaningful customer messages that drive loyalty and revenue
– Collaborate with digital, marketing, and retail teams to ensure a consistent, connected customer experience
– Balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution to meet ambitious growth goals
  
You Will Need
– Around 5 years’ experience in CRM, customer communications, or lifecycle marketing
– A solid understanding of customer data, segmentation, and personalisation in a retail environment
– Confidence working across channels such as email, SMS, direct mail and web personalisation
– Experience using CRM platforms and data tools (e.g. Adestra and Snowflake ideal)
– A self-starter mindset with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in a scale-up culture
