The CRM Manager will lead customer relationship strategy across all lifecycle touchpoints, driving engagement, retention, and long-term growth through compelling, data-driven communications.
Role Highlights:
- Own and deliver the full CRM strategy and content calendar from concept to execution
- Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to craft persuasive multi-channel campaigns
- Use A/B testing, segmentation, and automation to improve conversion and engagement
- Champion customer insight and feedback loops to evolve messaging and strategy
- Report on CRM performance, extracting insights that shape future campaigns
You Will Need:
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager or Marketing Manager in a consumer tech, e-commerce, or app-led business
- Strong creative judgment and storytelling ability in crafting emotionally resonant messaging
- Balance of strategic vision and hands-on delivery across campaign planning, execution, and analysis
