With strong investor backing, rapid growth, and a product loved by a large customer base, they continue to expand their marketing capability to support ambitious customer-engagement goals. This CRM Manager role has been created to strengthen lifecycle performance, elevate personalisation, and unlock further gains in activation, retention, and long-term value.
  
The CRM Manager will take ownership of customer lifecycle programmes end-to-end, shaping intelligent, data-driven journeys that genuinely help customers make confident decisions at every stage.
  
  
The CRM Manager will…
  • Lead lifecycle strategy that lifts activation, retention, and customer value
  • Design multi-channel journeys across email, push, and in-app messaging
  • Use behavioural data to build accurate segments and targeted communications
  • Run structured testing programmes to optimise messaging, timing, and creative
  • Translate performance insights into clear recommendations that guide wider teams
  
  
You Will Need
  • 3+ years’ CRM experience in a high-growth B2C setting
  • Strong capability across segmentation, automation and CRM/ESP platforms
  • Analytical confidence with the ability to explain the “why” behind results
  • Excellent copywriting and an eye for detail across QA and campaign setup
  • Genuine interest in AI-enhanced CRM, experimentation and automation
