The CRM Manager will…
- Lead lifecycle strategy that lifts activation, retention, and customer value
- Design multi-channel journeys across email, push, and in-app messaging
- Use behavioural data to build accurate segments and targeted communications
- Run structured testing programmes to optimise messaging, timing, and creative
- Translate performance insights into clear recommendations that guide wider teams
You Will Need
- 3+ years’ CRM experience in a high-growth B2C setting
- Strong capability across segmentation, automation and CRM/ESP platforms
- Analytical confidence with the ability to explain the “why” behind results
- Excellent copywriting and an eye for detail across QA and campaign setup
- Genuine interest in AI-enhanced CRM, experimentation and automation
