The CRM Manager will lead on strategy and execution across the full customer journey - from first conversion to loyal repeat subscriber.
The CRM Manager will:
- Design, test, and optimise automated email/SMS journeys via Klaviyo
- Launch high-performing weekly campaigns that drive conversion and retention
- Own churn analytics and use insights to reduce cancellation rates
- Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Growth teams to align messaging across the funnel
- Contribute to brand storytelling with customer-focused content and experiences
The CRM Manager will bring:
- Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo in a D2C environment
- A track record of scaling lifecycle marketing, ideally in subscription-based consumables
- Strong data analysis and segmentation skills
- Confidence to lead CRM strategy and take full ownership of results
- Curiosity and initiative - you're proactive, not reactive
