The CRM Manager will take full ownership of the retention and lifecycle marketing strategy, driving revenue through data-led email, subscription, and customer engagement initiatives across Shopify and Amazon channels.

The CRM Manager will take full ownership of the retention and lifecycle marketing strategy, driving revenue through data-led email, subscription, and customer engagement initiatives across Shopify and Amazon channels.
Role Highlights
- Own and evolve the full CRM and retention strategy across email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing
- Lead Klaviyo end-to-end, from segmentation to deliverability and performance optimisation
- Optimise and rebuild key flows, including welcome, post-purchase, win-back, and subscription journeys
- Analyse CLV, cohort behaviour, and retention metrics to unlock growth opportunities
- Collaborate with content and e-commerce teams to ensure campaigns convert and build loyalty
You Will Need
- Proven ecommerce CRM experience, ideally within beauty, supplements, grocery, or DTC brands
- Advanced Klaviyo expertise (segmentation, flows, testing, reporting)
- Strong commercial mindset with focus on retention, LTV, and subscription growth
- Confidence working in a fast-growth, low-hierarchy environment
- Analytical capability with the ability to turn data into clear actions
